Yes, the Revelation we have received, we received freely, and we give it freely to the world. You can view and download all our literature, audios, etc. free of charge from our web site: www.maitreya.org . To access them, go to the literature page: http://www.maitreya.org/english/Literatur.htm and/or downloads section (FTP site): ftp://maitreya.no-ip.info/ . However, hard copies of our materials are not free to produce. What we charge is meant to cover the cost of production.

We ship all throughout the world. We take special instructions from buyers - add a message to us in checkout or email us [email protected] . We try to ship the products you buy ASAP, safely, and as inexpensively as possible (unless you choose a more expensive method). Some of our methods of shipment might have tracking capabilities so you will know when you will receive your products, and also where they are on their way to you. If you have any questions about the shipment of the products you bought, call (505) 433-7771 between 7 AM and 9 PM MST, or send an email to: [email protected] . NOTE: In ordering materials, if the shipping address you enter is incorrect or nonexistent and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, the shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE! We will also CHARGE FOR A SECOND SHIPPING COST to ship to the correct address. Therefore, please be absolutely sure you have entered the correct address and made no spelling or other mistakes. For international orders, we will send an email confirming the address before we send the package, in order to minimize mix-ups.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you within one month of purchase of our products (not including any shipping costs - from us to you, or from you back to us). You have to return the products before the refund is finalized. EXCEPTION: All lungota purchases are FINAL and NONREFUNDABLE (they are underwear!).
